At CurlyHairMoisturiser, we believe care is a practice — and that includes how we handle returns.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In their original packaging

Once an item has been opened or used, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

Personal Results

Hair care is personal. While we stand behind the quality of our products, individual results may vary based on hair texture, routine, and consistency. For this reason, opened products are not eligible for refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (AT hello@curlyhairmoisturiser.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
